We, Electrolux, undertake that if within 12 months of the date of the purchase this Electrolux appliance or any part thereof is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials, we will, at our option repair or replace the same FREE OF CHARGE for labour, materials or carriage on condition that:

All CDA products have the 5 Year Parts Warranty and the 2 Years Labour Warranty.
Our office must be notified of all products that are to be returned, you will then be advised of how to proceed; this could be by using a courier service or via collection by MB. All goods must be returned within 28 days of the date of the sale, unopened and in original packaging and in suitable condition for re sale for any refunds to be applied.
Goods that are opened or fitted cannot be returned or exchanged. MB reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 25%, and none stock or special order items are none returnable and none refundable.
In the case of refunds, MB will refund the customer the cost of the goods only; carriage will not be refunded unless an error has occurred at MB which has resulted in the incorrect goods being dispatched.
Whatever your reason for returning a product, we ask that you please observe a duty of care towards the goods; please ensure that the product is clearly labelled with your name and address marked.
Damaged Goods Claim
Damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery; if possible, please take a picture of the damages to help us with verification. Once verified, we will endeavour to replace the items free of charge within 48 hours, depending on stock availability.
Please inspect all goods on arrival, as we cannot accept returns post fitting, and MB will not be held liable for any fitting or refitting labour costs.
You have the right to change your mind and return your product to us, unused & unopened or unpackaged within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any packaging or security seals must be intact. You will be responsible for paying postage costs for the returned item(s). Any refunds or replacements will be processed upon return receipt of the returned item(s).
We understand that you may not be using your product(s) immediately after delivery however we do require you to unpack ALL items received immediately to ensure none of your items are damaged.

SWISS KRONO AG grants to purchasers of SWISS KRONO AG laminate flooring, valid from date of purchase, an additional warranty on the abrasion resistance of the surface of SWISS KRONO AG laminate flooring. This warranty is in accordance with the following provisions. Your normal statutory rights are not affected.
SWISS KRONO AG laminate flooring needs to be, both before and during its installation, checked fully for any kind of defects. Once installed, the flooring panels are deemed to be of an acceptable quality. SWISS KRONO AG laminate flooring has to be installed in an expert manner, according to the installation instructions, in a dry area in accordance with its respective Utility Category. If installed in damp rooms SWISS KRONO AG laminate floor is not covered by the warranty. Affected areas on SWISS KRONO AG laminate floors have to be of an area that is at least 1 cm2, and easy to identify. In particular, where the decorative layer has been rubbed off completely. Effected areas on the Plank edges caused either by inappropriate use or maintenance, or especially mechanical stress are not covered by the warranty. To make a claim under the Warranty, SWISS KRONO AG laminate flooring must have been treated according to the care instructions and regularly cleaned and maintained. Any warranty claims are to be submitted by the very latest within 30 days of the occurrence being noticed. This must be done in writing with the original proof of purchase. In order to assess the warranty claim, SWISS KRONO AG shall have the right to inspect the affected area on site.
Once the claim on the Warranty is accepted, SWISS KRONO AG undertakes to offer replacement material for the effected area. If the affected Flooring is no longer available, the buyer may select a substitute equivalent product from the current range of SWISS KRONO AG. Given that there is an annual 10% use-related depreciation of the SWISS KRONO AG Laminate Flooring, SWISS KRONO AG will make the replacement of material, based on the corresponding annually reduced amount of the affected area. A liability for further or associated cost and damages, especially consequential – as with the installation, removal, transportation, and disposal of damaged flooring panels etc. – is excluded. This also applies to damages or compensation of any kind.

An installation and maintenance guide is supplied with every worktop; this must be kept by the end user to validate any guarantees.

Pfleiderer products are manufactured to European standards and have a lifetime guarantee against defects. It does not cover wear and tear or damage.
The Fira Gold Certificate is documented proof that products and installation processes are of the highest standard with consistency in production and installation quality verified through regular audit testing and inspections. To be awarded FIRA Gold, a product or installation service is rigorously assessed against specified performance levels through independent tests or evaluation by furniture industry experts, FIRA. BLANCO UK reserves the right where deemed appropriate to inspect any reported defective product prior to making a decision on any remedial action. It should be noted that in all instances the manufacturers’ decision is final. Your BLANCO products are manufactured to the highest standard, however in the unlikely event that you should experience any defect in the materials or manufacture, within the guarantee period indicated below, and in the judgement of BLANCO UK or an authorised representative confirms that the product is defective, we will undertake to supply replacement parts or replace the product F.O.C. BLANCO UK will not be responsible for any third party costs including labour, re-installation or carriage.
This guarantee is made on the understanding that the product has been correctly installed as per our recommendations and the item has been used solely in a domestic installation and maintained and cleaned according to our instructions supplied. This guarantee excludes all claims for damages to the goods if not reported prior to fitting and within the time specified from our delivery to the receipt of the goods. Normal wear and tear together with accidental damage to the product, discolouration, abuse or corrosion defects caused by in-appropriate use of un-identified chemicals or cleaners containing corrosive agents are excluded.
Any claims received within the specified guarantee period should be accompanied by a copy of the invoice confirming the date of purchase and proof of ownership. Where possible images of the product clearly identifying the basis for making a claim. Images provided must include a picture of the product including the surrounding area, at least 2 images depicting the damage/leak where appropriate, and an image of the products unique I.D. label, found under the bowl or positioned on the tap tail. This is information is important as the details clearly identify the product and approximate date of manufacture. Failure to supply this information may affect any consideration of a claim.

Taps Guarantee Terms and Conditions
All Blanco kitchen taps carry a 5 year guarantee which covers all manufacturing faults and defects.
This guarantee period is subject to the following conditions and exclusions:
1. All cartridges, valves, mechanisms, hoses, O rings and seals are subject to a 2 year warrant.
2. All surface finishes are subject to a 1 year warranty.
3. Any accidental damage or misuse is excluded.
4. Any damage or defect caused by during installation is excluded.
5. Any damage or defect caused by unauthorised repair or repair using non-Blanco parts is excluded.
6. Any damage caused by the use of inappropriate cleaning agents or abrasives is excluded.
7. Any damage or defect caused by the non-compliance to flush the water system supply pipes before fitting and commissioning is excluded.
8. The use of the tap for any purpose other than for normal domestic use is excluded.
9. The maximum hot water temperature is 65oC in accordance with the requirements of Water Bylaws ( with the exception of the Blanco Hots taps that are specifically designed for high temperatures).
10. Any superficial damage to surface finishes caused by general fair wear and tear is excluded.
11. Any transport damage is excluded unless reported immediately on delivery. No claims for surface damage (scratches, dents etc.) will be accepted after the tap has been installed.
In the event of a claim during the period of guarantee, the claimant is required to contact BLANCO TAP Services as follows:
The claimant will be required to provide the following information:
1. Details of the proof of purchase i.e. if possible the model name and number of the tap, the date of purchase and the name and address of the supplier.
2. The full name, postal address, contact telephone number and email address of the claimant and, if different, the address of the location of the tap.
3. The tap identification code (please not after August 2015 all tap inlet tails carry an 11 digit identification code) which will identify the model, the finish and the date of manufacture.
4. A description of the problem (if you cannot identify the model of tap or exactly the nature of the problem you may be asked to provide a photo or video of the tap to enable BLANCO Tap Service to help you resolve the problem in the shortest possible time).
5. Please note if you cannot provide the information above or establish the age of the tap, BLANCO Tap Service may be unable to provide parts or assistance within the guarantee, your inquiry will be dealt with as an out of warranty issue and the appropriate charges will apply.
6. Following receipt of a valid claim within warranty, BLANCO Tap Service will supply replacement parts appropriate to the tap in question by mail free of charge.
7. This guarantee is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Details from the original invoice including the name and property address will be required as confirmation.

Guarantee – Domestic Use Only
Eco bathroom furniture carries a 5 year guarantee, from the date of purchase, covering failure through defects in design and manufacture and material failure, during domestic use. It is essential that products have been installed to the instruction guidelines, and maintained in accordance with the care requirements. We undertake to repair or replace at our discretion. Liability does not cover consequential loss or damage, refitting or redress for same.
The guidelines should be followed, all edges should be fully sealed taking special care with work surface joints and edges, around basins and especially bath panels. Hung units be secured using adequate fixings, the working load of the internal hanging brackets are shown in the instructions.
Maintenance & After Care
Water spillage, heavy condensation and cleaning with chemicals should be avoided. Clear up any spillage and wipe dry any excess moisture. Ensure adequate ventilation has been created thus minimizing the effects of condensation. Surfaces should be cleaned with a damp cloth, mild solution of liquid soap in water and polished with a dry cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents or furniture polish.
Our goal is to ensure that our fittings systems provide comfort and function to furniture buyers for the lifetime of the furniture. All Blum products are engineered to provide for a problem-free-use of the furniture during its lifetime, which is up to 20 years. We achieve this goal by using the strictest internal guidelines that are basis for our ISO 9001 quality management system. We also use our own testing laboratory in conjunction with other international testing organisations to monitor the quality of our own products on a regular basis and observe how they are used in daily activities.
As a gesture of goodwill, for so long as the original purchaser is in possession of the furniture, and it has been used only in domestic circumstances, we will replace defective Blum products by sending replacement parts free of charge to the address of this purchaser. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other claims are excluded, including any related labour costs regarding removal of the defective product and/or installation of the replacement part. Improper use as well as improper operation or excessive loads are also excluded. Any claim for defective Blum products in furniture used for commercial purposes will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All electrical and electronic components are not included; however please refer to their separate, corresponding guarantees.
All services are provided without acknowledgement of any legal responsibility, are at any time subject to change without further notice, and are subject to the standard terms of supply issued by Blum from time to time, which are available at www.blum.com. To obtain the free of charge replacement you must provide us with the defective product, a short description of the problem as well as a copy of the proof-of-purchase within 30 days of the problem occurring.
